All Returns to be made through our Returns Portal. All return requests will be processed within 1-5 business days.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds unless item is faulty or damaged. We will provide an exchange on size/a different style, or a store credit in the form of a gift card with a one year expiration date. 

  • Item return request must be done within 14 days from delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed (free of any makeup/stains/scents).
  • Product has not been damaged.
  • Product has all original tags and labels.
  • Product is in original garment bag.
  • We do not offer returns on 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' items, unless faulty.
  • If an item goes on sale after purchasing at RRP, we will not refund the difference. 
  • Jador The Label is not responsible for any shipping costs. 
  • We do not issue refunds or store credit on the original shipping payment.
  • You will have 7 days from the request being approved to ship the items back to us.

Please note, any orders which result in a return for unclaimed or rejected custom fees, missed delivery or incorrect address, will be issued a store credit, not including shipping fees. This can be issued only once the carrier confirms return on your tracking link. We do not provide refunds for these returns.

How to use the Portal

1. Click the link above (or in our footer menu), put in your order number and email.

2. Once your order is located, please select the quantity, return reason and requested remedy (exchange or store credit). If item is faulty/damaged please send us an email. 

3. Add in any additional notes, and submit the return.

4. Once approved, you will receive an email with a return address to ship the goods back to us. 

Exchanges

  • Store credit will be issued for you to repurchase a new product, or exchange sizes/styles. 
  • If you need an urgent exchange, we would highly recommend that you purchase the replacement size prior to sending back the return, and we will issue you with store credit, once we receive your unwanted item. (As we do not hold items, nor exchange, while your item is being sent back).

Faulty/Damaged Items

  • Email us at support@jadorthelabel with order details and pictures of the item within 5 days of receiving the package. Please wait for our response before shipping your items.
  • Any damaged item must be returned in the same condition it was received, including any packaging.
  • We will arrange to ship the damaged product back to us and replace it with an equivalent product, or refund it, provided you have contacted us within the 5 day period.
  • Be sure to use tracking when returning your items, as Jador The Label is not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.

What Cannot be Returned

  • Items marked 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance', unless faulty. 
  • Items outside of the 14 day period, unless faulty. 

Assessing Returned Items

  • All items that are returned will be assessed upon arrival to ensure they comply with our returns policy. 
  • Non-returnable items and items that do not comply with our returns policy will not be accepted and returned back to the customer. 

Store Credit, Refunds and Processing Times

Depending on the delivery service and which country you are from, it can take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be delivered and processed by us. 

  • Any refunds due to a fault will be refunded to the original payment method. 
  • For payments made with both credit cards, and gift cards or store credit, the return will be applied to the gift card/store credit first.
  • You will be informed via the email address that you provided for your order, when the return is complete.
  • Store credit will be issued via email and in the form of a gift card, and it will remain valid for 12 months upon receiving the email. 

Please note that Jador The Label does not operate on public holidays, so all returns will be processed the next working day. 

 

AfterPay Returns

AfterPay returns undergo the same process.

Please note that your personal agreement with AfterPay still stands and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
