Sizing, Product & Care

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides on each product. Each item will have a different size guide as they are composed of different materials so please check carefully as you could need two different sizes across dresses. We also have our model's measurements so you can compare their fit to your own body.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or store credit through our returns portal.

Can I make changes to my order?

We work quite fast but we would be happy to help when we can! Reach out to us via email or contact us HERE.

The size I want is sold out, what can I do?

Spotted a style you love but it’s currently out of stock? We are here to help! Just reach out to us through our email or contact page HERE, and we’ll check if it’s coming back soon. We’ve got you!

What is the fabric/composition?

Please refer to the 'Care & Composition' tab on each product to find out the make of each style.

How do I care for my product?

Before washing and caring for your new piece, always check the care instructions on the tag inside the garment. You can also find these instructions on the product page of our website under 'Care & Composition'. Some styles might need a bit of extra love due to their delicate nature. If you need more guidance, reach out to us via email.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

All items are being shipped from Australia. We use Australia Post or DHL for Domestic orders and DHL Express for International orders.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 1-4 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.

However, during peak periods such as holidays or sales please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world using DHL Express. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

My delivery is late

If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, don’t hesitate to reach out to us through email. We’ll jump on it and work with our courier partner to get things sorted for you ASAP. You can always reach out to the courier as well.
